Deine Aufgaben

  • Verbauen von Fenstern, Türelementen und Zargen in bereits vorgefertigte Wandkonstruktionen
  • Erstellen von Leibungen, Rollladenkästen, Anschlüssen sowie Ausbilden von Detaillösungen
  • Betreuen von Aufträgen über den gesamten Ablauf hinweg, bis zur Fertigstellung
  • Unterstützen angrenzender Bereiche wie Element oder Modulbau nach Bedarf
  • Arbeiten ausschliesslich innerhalb der Produktionshalle, ohne Baustelleneinsätze

Dein Profil

  • Handwerkliche Grundausbildung im Holzbereich wie Schreiner EFZ oder Zimmermann EFZ oder vergleichbares in der Holzverarbeitung und Fenstermontage
  • Bereitschaft im geregelten 2-Schichtmodell zu arbeiten
  • Eigenständige und flexible Persönlichkeit mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Feines Gespür für Material und einen hohen Anspruch an die eigene Arbeitsqualität
  • Bereitschaft, sich in anspruchsvolle Qualitätsstandards einzuarbeiten und diese laufend anzuwenden
  • Deutsch: Gute Kenntnisse (B2)
