Pour notre département site installation export, nous sommes à la recherche d'un monteur / supervieur de montage externe junior (déplacement à l'étranger quasi en continu) à 100%.

 

Votre mission:

  • Superviser et contrôler les travaux de montage des turbines et de leurs accessoires, dans le respect de la qualité et des délais
  • Coordonner le personnel de montage et les sous-traitants sur site
  • Respecter et faire respecter les prescriptions de sécurité au travail et de protection de l-environnement
  • Établir les rapports journaliers et hebdomadaires sur l-avancement des travaux sur site
  • Représenter l-entreprise sur site et défendre nos intérêts, dans une optique de « claim management »
  • Se déplacer principalement en France et en Afrique, occasionnellement dans le reste du monde
  • Apporter un support au commencement de la mise en service
  • Participer proactivement au retour d-expérience

 

Votre profil:

  • Formation technique telle que polymécanicien ou mécanicien
  • Plusieurs années d-expérience en atelier et/ou sur site en tant que superviseur d-installation de machines tournantes, ou en tant que monteur ayant une perspective rapide d-évolution vers le poste de superviseur d-installation
  • Une expérience directe dans notre secteur d-activité est un plus
  • Langue maternelle française avec d-excellentes connaissances en anglais. L-allemand et/ou l-espagnol sont un atout
  • Pragmatique, avec une grande capacité d-organisation et d-anticipation
  • Sens des responsabilités, fiable, orienté satisfaction client
  • Résistant au stress
  • Ouverture d-esprit et capacité d-adaptation culturelle
