  • Als Arztsekretärin/Arztsekretär mbA sind Sie die erste Ansprechperson unserer Klinik und prägen mit Ihrem professionellen Auftreten den ersten Eindruck - dank Ihnen läuft der Klinikalltag reibungslos, effizient und patientenorientiert
  • In Ihrer Drehscheibenfunktion übernehmen Sie die medizinische Korrespondenz, stehen im telefonischen Kontakt mit Patientinnen, Patienten und Zuweisenden und organisieren die gefässchirurgischen Sprechstunden von der Zuweisung über Diagnostik und Operation bis hin zur Nachkontrolle, inklusive Pflege aller Daten im Klinikinformationssystem (EPIC)
  • Als Teil des Klinischen Patientenmanagements begleiten und koordinieren Sie die individuellen Patientenverläufe entlang des gesamten Patientenpfades und arbeiten dabei eng mit dem ärztlichen Dienst, der Patientendisposition, der OP-Koordination und dem Sprechstundenzentrum zusammen
  • Zudem stellen Sie in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Nachbardisziplinen des Gefässzentrums einen reibungslosen Ablauf weiterführender Diagnostik und Therapie sicher und koordinieren die entsprechenden Schnittstellen für eine optimale Patientenbetreuung

Ihre Erfahrung ###

  • Mit einer abgeschlossenen medizinischen Ausbildung (MPA) oder einer kaufmännischen Ausbildung inklusive Weiterbildung als Arztsekretärin bzw. Arztsekretär sowie mehrjähriger Erfahrung im medizinischen Umfeld bringen Sie die ideale Basis für diese anspruchsvolle Aufgabe mit
  • Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit und eine selbständige, organisierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie ebenso aus wie die Fähigkeit, auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten - unterstützt durch Ihre belastbare, strukturierte und sozial kompetente Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr gute IT-Kenntnisse sowie Freude an administrativen Aufgaben werden vorausgesetzt und bilden die Grundlage für ein effizientes und präzises Arbeiten mit modernen digitalen Systemen
  • Fundiertes Know-how in medizinischer Terminologie ist unerlässlich, um in jeder Situation sicher, präzise und fachgerecht zu kommunizieren - schriftlich wie mündlich
