Sekretär/in 100%\\ Unser Neurozentrum Basel befindet sich in kontinuierlichem Wachstum. Zur Verstärkung unseres engagierten Teams suchen wir eine/n aufgeschlossene/n, motivierte/n und zuverlässige/n Arztsekretär/in oder MPA. Im 18\\. Stock des Messeturms Basel bieten wir unseren Patientinnen und Patienten spezialisierte neurologische Abklärungen an. Im Februar 2026 haben wir unser Leistungsspektrum an unserem zweiten Standort am Marktplatz erweitert um Sprechstunden für Neuropsychologie (Allgemeine Neuropsychologie, ADHS und Autismus) sowie Schlafmedizin anzubieten. MPA / Arztsekretär/in ====================== \\Dein Aufgabenbereich\\ \* Empfang, Telefon \* Organisation der Sprechstunden mit Aufbieten der Patient/innen (Neurologie/Neuropsychologie) \* Berichte ab Diktat schreiben und korrigieren \* Bereitschaft gelegentlich Ferienvertretung in unseren anderen Zentren zu machen (Region West; Aarau, Baden, Luzern, Biel) \* Führen der elektronischen KG (voll elektronisch via curaMED) \* Mithilfe bei organisatorischen Arbeiten rund um den Praxisalltag \* Blutentnahmen \* Assistieren bei Lumbalpunktionen \* Assistieren bei Botox\\-Behandlungen \* EKG \* MS Scores \* Mitarbeit bei Ganganalysen und OCT (gewünscht) \* Abgabe von Aktigrafie / Polygrafiegerät \\Dein Profil\\ \* Du bist ein/e belastbare/r MPA / oder Arztsekretär/in (Quereinsteiger ebenfalls Willkommen) mit Erfahrung im administrativen Bereich.
