Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Du empfängst und betreust unsere Patientinnen und Patienten am Empfang, am Telefon und per E\-Mail
  • Du planst und organisierst die Sprechstunden und koordinierst Termine zwischen ambulantem und stationärem Bereich
  • Du bearbeitest das Berichtwesen – ohne Schreiben ab Diktafon
  • Du führst die volldigitale Krankengeschichte (curaMED) – Papierdossiers gibt es bei uns nicht
  • Du bereitest den täglichen Morgenrapport mit vor und nimmst daran teil
  • Du führst Blutentnahmen durch – falls du das noch nicht kannst, bringen wir es dir sorgfältig bei
  • Du assistierst bei Untersuchungen (FEES, Lumbalpunktionen)
  • Du gibst Untersuchungsgeräte an Patientinnen und Patienten ab und instruierst sie
  • Du unterstützt bei organisatorischen Aufgaben rund um den Praxisalltag und vertrittst gelegentlich in unseren anderen Zentren

Dein Profil

  • Abschluss als MPA oder Arztsekretär\*in H\+, idealerweise mit erster Berufserfahrung – Neurologie\-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus, aber keine Bedingung
  • Freude am Kontakt mit Patientinnen, Patienten und Zuweisenden – freundlich und kompetent, auch wenn es lebhaft zugeht
  • Organisationstalent, rasche Auffassungsgabe und den Blick für das, was ansteht
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und elektronischen Krankendossiers
  • Lust, mit der Zeit mehr Verantwortung zu übernehmen – etwa in der Organisation, der Einarbeitung neuer Kolleginnen oder der Weiterentwicklung unserer Abläufe
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch; weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus, aber keine Bedingung
