The posting

In der Patientendisposition eines Spitals in Bern koordinieren Sie Termine, steuern die Abläufe zwischen den Fachbereichen und sind telefonisch wie schriftlich erste Anlaufstelle für Patientinnen und Patienten. Per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir Sie als Medizinische Praxisassistentin EFZ oder Medizinischen Praxisassistenten EFZ im Pensum von 80 - 100 %. Sie planen Untersuchungstermine, koordinieren Zuweisungen und sorgen dafür, dass die Abläufe im Hintergrund reibungslos ineinandergreifen.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser herausfordernden Aufgabe

  • Mitarbeit in ambulanten Sprechstunden
  • Organisation des gesamten Patientenprozesses vom Erstkontakt über Voruntersuchungen und Pflegeassessment bis zur Operationsplanung
  • Patientendisposition inklusive Koordination der Bettenbelegung
  • Terminierung und Vorbereitung von Narkosegesprächen
  • Berichtswesen und Terminplanung im ambulanten Bereich
  • Erfassung der Patientendaten in IT-Systemen
  • Professionelle Kommunikation mit Patientinnen, Patienten sowie internen und externen Fachstellen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische Praxisassistentin oder Medizinischer Praxisassistent EFZ
  • Organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie zielorientiertes, selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Handeln
  • Physische und psychische Belastbarkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
