The posting

Im Endoskopiezentrum führen wir diagnostische Untersuchungen sowie komplexe interventionelle Eingriffe bei ambulanten und stationären Patient:innen durch. Für dieses vielseitige und dynamische Umfeld entwickeln wir aktuell ein neues Versorgungsmodell. Dafür suchen wir engagierte MPAs, die Freude daran haben, organisatorische Abläufe zu koordinieren, bestehende Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln und neue Strukturen aktiv mitzugestalten. Deine Aufgaben

  • Du koordinierst die Patientenaufklärung für diagnostische und interventionelle Untersuchungen und Eingriffe in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem ärztlichen Dienst
  • Du stellst sicher, dass Patient:innen vor geplanten Untersuchungen und Eingriffen die notwendigen Informationen erhalten
  • Du koordinierst Termine und Abläufe mit verschiedenen internen Schnittstellen, beispielsweise bei Eingriffen unter Anästhesiebeteiligung
  • Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für interne Berufsgruppen, Patient:innen und Zuweisende bei organisatorischen Fragen rund um geplante Untersuchungen und Eingriffe
  • Du arbeitest aktiv an der Entwicklung, Implementierung und Evaluation neuer Prozesse mit
  • Du bringst deine Ideen und Erfahrungen ein und unterstützt uns dabei, das neue Versorgungsmodell kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln

   

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische Praxisassistentin / Medizinischer Praxisassistent (MPA) und bringst Berufserfahrung in einem Akutspital oder einer grösseren Praxis mit
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und zuverlässig und behältst auch bei mehreren parallel laufenden Aufgaben den Überblick
  • Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und koordinierst gerne unterschiedliche Anforderungen und Schnittstellen
  • Du bist engagiert, initiativ und offen für Veränderungen
  • Du hast Freude daran, neue Strukturen und Prozesse mitzuentwickeln und Verantwortung für deren Umsetzung zu übernehmen
  • Du kommunizierst sicher und wertschätzend mit Patient:innen, Zuweisenden sowie unterschiedlichen Berufsgruppen
  • Teamarbeit ist dir wichtig und du schätzt den interprofessionellen Austausch
