Mitwirken

  • Organisation und Vorbereitung der ambulanten urologischen Sprechstunde
  • Assistenz während der Sprechstunde sowie Unterstützung bei urologischen Abklärungen und Interventionen
  • Bedienung des Telefons sowie Erteilung von Auskünften an interne und externe Stellen
  • Durchführung von Blutentnahmen sowie Sicherstellung der präanalytischen Verarbeitung von Urinproben
  • Leistungserfassung gemäss TarDoc
  • Führung und Pflege der elektronischen Patientenakten, einschliesslich Erfassung und Aktualisierung der Patientendaten sowie Fallabschlüssen
  • Übernahme von Stellvertretungen bei Abwesenheiten innerhalb des Teams
  • Durchführung und Organisation des Bestellwesens

Mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau/-mann mit Flair für administrative Tätigkeiten oder Ausbildung als Medizinische Praxisassistentin / Medizinischer Praxisassistent (MPA) mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie fundierte Kenntnisse der medizinischen Terminologie
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung
