Etablissement employant quelque 450 collaborateurs et collaboratrices afin d'assurer la scolarité spécialisée de 27 enfants et adolescents ainsi que l'accompagnement socioéducatif et socioprofessionnel de 127 adultes présentant une déficience intellectuelle, cherche

 

Un.e MSP boulanger.ère à 70%

 

Votre mission au sein de l'atelier boulangerie : 

  • Accompagner des personnes en situation de handicap en atelier 
  • Développer le projet professionnel de la personne en soutenant son autonomie
  • Encourager l'autodétermination du travailleur, dans le respect de ses aspirations et besoins
  • Cogérer l'atelier et assumer le suivi socioprofessionnel des bénéficiaires 
  • Participer à la production de produits de boulangerie

 

Nous souhaitons : 

  • Un CFC dans le domaine alimentaire, idéalement boulangerie, pâtisserie et/ou confiserie 
  • Plusieurs années de pratique dans une unité de production 
  • Dans la mesure du possible une formation de MSP ES ou jugée équivalente
  • Une expérience confirmée auprès de personnes avec un trouble neurodéveloppemental de type déficience intellectuelle, autisme, trouble du déficit de l'attention 
  • Une aptitude à travailler en équipe, disposant d'une bonne autonomie, d'un bon esprit d'initiative, d'un sens élevé des responsabilités
  • De bonnes facultés organisationnelles, une capacité à se remettre en question
  • Une attitude positive orientée solutions, rassurante et dynamique, de la ponctualité, de la créativité
  • Horaires en atelier 8h00 - 12h00 / 13h00 - 17h15 du lundi au vendredi 
  • Durant les vacances du boulanger (5 à 6 semaines/an), assurer en alternance les horaires de nuit de 22h00 - 07h00
  • De bonnes connaissances des outils informatiques usuels 
  • Une bonne maîtrise du français écrit et oral
  • Un permis de conduire
  • Un casier judiciaire vierge
