Ihre Aufgaben

Als Studierende/r pflegen und begleiten Sie unsere Patientinnen und Patienten. Unter fachgerechter, kompetenter Anleitung und Begleitung erwerben Sie sich während Ihrer Weiterbildungszeit die notwendigen Kompetenzen für den Intensivpflegebereich entsprechend den Vorgaben des Rahmenlehrplanes für Intensivpflege. Neben Ihrer Fachkompetenz bringen Sie Ideen und Kreativität ein und sind bereit, sich auf Neues einzulassen. Lernen in unserem Bereich ist uns sehr wichtig und wird dementsprechend sowohl vom gesamten Team als auch von der vorhandenen, modernen Infrastruktur unterstützt. Sie arbeiten in Teams von ca. 40 Mitarbeitenden. Fachpersonal, Berufsbildner/innen und der ärztliche Dienst stehen Ihnen beim Arbeiten und Lernen zur Seite. Gemeinsam mit dem Bildungsanbieter der aargauischen Fachschule für Anästhesie-, Intensiv- und Notfallpflege (siehe afsain), der die theoretische Bildung organisiert, unterstützen und fördern wir unsere Studierenden im Alltag.

Ihr Profil

Sie sind eine engagierte, aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit, haben ein Diplom in Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege HF/FH oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung und mindestens 6 Monate Berufserfahrung zu 100% im Akutbereich. Bei fehlender Berufserfahrung ermöglichen wir Ihnen diese auf einer unserer Intensivstationen zu erwerben. Sie bringen ein entsprechendes Verständnis für Patientinnen und Patienten der Intensivpflegestationen mit, haben Freude an Ihrem Beruf, der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit und wollen Ihre pflegerische Kompetenz weiterentwickeln. Der Umgang mit schnell wechselnden, komplexen Situationen ist für Sie eine willkommene Herausforderung.
