The posting

In der Sonnegg begleiten wir junge Frauen\* im Alter von 14 bis 18 Jahren mit Verhaltensauffälligkeiten und Persönlichkeitsstörungen, die einen hohen Unterstützungsbedarf aufweisen sowie Schulabsentismus zeigen. Unser Ziel ist es, die jungen Frauen\* auf ihrem Weg zur Selbstermächtigung zu begleiten. Wir unterstützen sie dabei mit einem eng ineinandergreifenden interdisziplinären Ansatz in den Bereichen Wohnen, Schule und Therapie.

 Wir suchen für unsere drei Wohngruppen per

Nachtbegleitung Sozialpädagogin HF oder Psychiatriefachfrau HF (40-80%) ##

Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Sozialpädagogische Nachtbegleitung
  • Anbieten eines wachen Gegenübers für die jungen Frauen\* der Sonnegg zwischen 21:00 und 7:00 Uhr
  • Beziehungsgestaltung nach KOSS
  • Übernahme von hauswirtschaftlichen Arbeiten
  • Übernahme von administrativen Aufgaben in Delegation der Bezugspersonen

Ihr Profil ###

  • Diplom in Sozialpädagogik oder Sozialer Arbeit HF/FH
  • Berufserfahrung in stationärer Jugendhilfe
  • Mindestens 25 Jahre alt
  • Interesse an der Methodik «KOSS» und einer traumasensiblen Arbeitshaltung
  • Belastbarkeit, Humor, Genderbewusstsein und Interesse an der Lobbyarbeit für junge Frauen\*
