Die Stiftung Heilsarmee Schweiz ist eine christliche Non\-Profit\-Organisation. Mit Wohnen und Begleiten Zürich führen wir drei Wohnangebote im Herzen von Zürich für Menschen in herausfordernden Lebenssituationen. Wir schaffen Lebensräume, die Stabilität, Sicherheit und persönliche Entwicklung ermöglichen. Dabei unterstützen wir unsere Klient/innen dabei, ihre Selbstständigkeit zu stärken und ihr Leben möglichst selbstbestimmt sowie aktiv in der Gesellschaft zu gestalten.

In unseren Nachtpikett\-Team an der Ankerstrasse 33 suchen wir Verstärkung.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Ansprechperson für die Bewohner/innen
  • Bedarfsorientierte Unterstützung und Betreuung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Fachpersonal und Ausführen delegierter Aufgaben
  • Durchführen von Aufsichts\- und Kontrollaufgaben
  • Sicherstellen des schriftlichen und mündlichen Informationsflusses
  • Teilnahme an Rapporten und Sitzungen
  • Durchführen von Reinigungsarbeiten

Arbeitszeiten: Mo\-So, / Uhr ( Uhr Schlafen vor Ort mit Bereitschaft für Notfälle).

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Erfahrung und Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen in herausfordernden Lebenssituationen
  • Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung, Pflege oder im sozial\-medizinischen Bereich von Vorteil
  • Selbständige, verantwortungsbewusste und belastbare Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens Niveau C1\)
  • Identifikation mit den Werten und dem Leitbild der Heilsarmee
