? Deine Aufgaben ?

Unterstützung unserer Bewohner in ihrer Selbstständigkeit und sozialen Teilhabe Übernahme der Grundpflege dort, wo Hilfe benötigt wird, und Anleitung der Klient:innen zur Selbsthilfe Medikamente richten und kontrollieren Durchführung von Rapportübergaben Übernahme des Notfallmanagements bei medizinischen Notfällen Dokumentation der Arbeit gemäss Qualitätsstandards Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Fachpersonen sowie dem Tagdienst Diverse Haushalt Arbeiten und administrative Aufgaben

? Dein Profil ?

Ausbildung als SRK mit langjähriger Erfahrung als Nachtwache oder Ausbildung als FaGe  Verantwortungsbewusst, flexibel und belastbar Selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Einfühlungsvermögen Gute Beobachtungsgabe sowie lösungsorientiertes Denken Gute Deutschkenntnisse
