Deine Aufgaben ##

  • In deiner Rolle als Pflegefachperson gewährleistest du den Bewohnenden vertrauensvolle und fachkundige Pflege und Betreuung (im Nachtdienst )
  • Notfallsituationen erkennst du umgehend und gehst versiert damit um
  • Während der Nacht ermöglichst du eine aufmerksame und bedürfnisorientierte Fürsorge und koordinierst die Aufgaben des kleinen Nachtteams zweckmässig
  • Mit deiner geduldigen, offenherzlichen Art, vermittelst du den Bewohnenden Sicherheit und Geborgenheit
  • Du stellst den Informationsfluss zu den Bewohnenden, den Angehörigen und dem Pflegeteam sicher
  • Die elektronische Pflegedokumentation führst du selbständig und lückenlos

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Ausbildung zur Dipl. Pflegefachperson FAGE/HF oder gleichwertige Anerkennung
  • Erfahrung im Nachtdienst
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege bzw. Spitexbereich von Vorteil
  • Du bist belastbar, flexibel und selbstständiges Arbeiten gewohnt
  • Ein tägliches Lächeln für unsere Bewohnenden und ein paar Prisen Humor
