Das Betreuungs- & Pflegezentrum Wolfgang ist ein Zuhause für ältere Menschen und Menschen mit zeitlich unbestimmten Lebenseinschränkungen. Der Öffentlichkeit steht ein ambulantes Angebot zur Verfügung. Mit unserem Ferienangebot, dem Tages- und Nachtaufenthalt und dem Mittagstisch möchten wir in unserer Gemeinde optimale Versorgung der Seniorinnen und Senioren erzielen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

Du übernimmst die Pflege und Betreuung unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner während der Nacht Du sorgst für Sicherheit, Orientierung und Wohlbefinden Du handelst in anspruchsvollen Situationen ruhig und verantwortungsbewusst Du erkennst Veränderungen frühzeitig und leitest die nötigen Massnahmen ein Du dokumentierst deine Arbeit digital und lückenlos

Ihr Profil:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise Ruhe, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Belastbarkeit Einfühlungsvermögen und Freude am Umgang mit älteren Menschenend.
