HPV Uzwil-Flawil - Gemeinsam stark für Menschen mit Unterstützungsbedarf.

Wir engagieren uns für Kinder, Jugendliche und Erwachsene, die besondere Unterstützung benötigen. In der Heilpädagogischen Schule Flawil (HPS) fördern wir individuelle Stärken und schaffen ein unterstützendes Umfeld. Mit den Bereichen Arbeit, Wohnen und Lebensraum (Buecherwäldli) bieten wir Ausbildungsplätze, geeignete Arbeitsstellen sowie Wohn- und Freizeitangebote für Menschen, die im ersten Arbeitsmarkt keine Anstellung finden. Unser Ziel ist es, Teilhabe, Entwicklung und Lebensqualität zu ermöglichen.

Für den Standort Uzwil, für insgesamt 24 Bewohnende auf drei Wohngemeinschaften, suchen wir eine

Nachtwache (FaGe) 40%

Es erwartet Sie ein vielseitiges und spannendes Arbeitsfeld:

  • Gewährleistung der Sicherheit der Bewohnenden in der Nacht in Alleinverantwortung
  • Unterstützung und/oder Übernahme von Pflegeleistungen
  • Richten und bestellen von Arzneimitteln in Absprache mit der Vorgesetzten
  • Übernahme der Haushaltstätigkeiten auf den Wohngemeinschaften
  • Dokumentieren, mündliche und schriftliche Rapportierung an den Tagesdienst

Wir bieten:

Sie bringen mit:

  • Flexibilität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, hohe Belastbarkeit
