Bist du eine flexible und belastbare «Nachteule» ?, die auch gerne an Wochenenden und während der Schulferien arbeitet? Möchtest du dich in der Zeit von 21:45 Uhr bis 07:00 Uhr für die Sicherheit und das Wohlbefinden von den uns anvertrauten Kindern mit mehrfacher Behinderung engagieren? Unser Internat bietet Kindern und Jugendlichen in verschiedenen Wohngruppen einen liebevollen Wohn- und Lebensraum, der nach familienähnlichen Grundsätzen geführt wird.

Wir suchen ab Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine

Nachtwache im Kinderbereich, 40-50%

- Deine Aufgaben:

  • In der Nacht sorgst du für die Sicherheit und das Wohlbefinden der Kinder und Jugendlichen und bist dabei für zwei bis drei Wohngruppen verantwortlich.
  • Du gewährleistest eine individuelle, bedürfnis- und ressourcenorientierte Pflege und Betreuung und trägst aktiv zu einer stabilen Nachtstruktur bei.
  • Deine guten EDV-Kenntnisse nutzt du für eine sorgfältige und lückenlose Dokumentation, das Tagesjournal sowie für weitere administrative Aufgaben. 
  • Du arbeitest eng und konstruktiv mit dem Tagesbetreuungsteam zusammen und stellst einen professionellen Informationsfluss sicher.

?  Was du mitbringst:

  • Du bist eine verantwortungsbewusste und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit, die gerne eigenständig arbeitet und dabei stets den Überblick behält.
  • Du verfügst über eine Ausbildung in der Betreuung oder Pflege und bringst Vorkenntnisse als Nachtwache sowie im Umgang mit mehrfach behinderten Menschen mit.
  • In Notfallsituationen bleibst du ruhig, besonnen und handelst sicher und kompetent. 
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Geduld und Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen zeichnen dich aus - du begegnest ihnen mit Respekt und auf Augenhöhe.
