Unser Studienangebot umfasst Higher Diplomas sowie Bachelor\-, Master\- und MBA\-Abschlüsse in den Bereichen Hospitality Management, Global Business Management und Culinary Arts. Die BHMS ist Teil der Benedict Education Group, einer der führenden privaten Bildungsinstitutionen der Schweiz. Gleichzeitig möchten wir unseren Industriepartnern genau die Studierenden vermitteln, die zu ihren Anforderungen und zu ihrem Unternehmen passen. Haben Sie ein kundenorientiertes, professionelles Auftreten und sind an der Arbeit mit jungen Menschen aus verschiedenen Ländern interessiert? Sie arbeiten genau, zuverlässig, selbständig, emphatisch und sind teamfähig? Sind Sie zudem flexibel und belastbar und denken vernetzt? Haben Sie eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Hotellerie und Gastronomie mit Erfahrung im Back Office und kommunizieren auf Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift? Die Unternehmenssprache ist größtenteils Englisch. Ihre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion, idealerweise in der Hotellerie oder der Personalberatung, runden das Kandidatenprofil ab. Ihr vielseitiges Aufgabengebiet umfasst primär die Vorbereitung und Platzierung von Studierenden für deren Praktikum innerhalb unseres internationalen Netzwerks. Sie begleiten und führen die Studierenden durch den ganzen Rekrutierungsprozess und sind für ihre Anliegen während der praktischen Ausbildung erreichbar. Dazu gehört auch der Besuch von Studierenden und Arbeitgebern während des Praktikums, Intervention bei Problemen und Erstellen der erforderlichen amtlichen Dokumente sowie die Akquisition von neuen Businesspartner in der Ihnen zugeteilten Region.
