Du arbeitest für den Geschäftsbereich Index Services und bist verantwortlich für alle unterstützenden und administrativen Tätigkeiten im Index Business und Sales Support. Dich erwartet eine abwechslungsreiche Rolle an der Schnittstelle von Kunden, Datenmanagement, Finanzprodukten und Compliance. Ein erfahrenes und engagiertes Team unterstützt dich dabei, die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden und Stakeholder in den Mittelpunkt zu stellen.

Das sind deine Aufgaben ##

  • Kundenstammpflege, Vertragsmanagement, Gebührenverrechnung und Mahnwesen; Freigabe von Daten/Services gemäss Kundenvereinbarungen
  • Bearbeitung von Themen in Compliance, Legal und Quellensteuer; enge Abstimmung mit internen Fachstellen
  • First Level Support hinsichtlich Finanzprodukten, Indexdaten, kommerziellen Vereinbarungen und technische Fragen; Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Daten-Vendoren und Geschäftspartnern
  • Konsolidierung/Überwachung indexbasierter Produkte (Fonds, strukturierte Produkte, Derivate); Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Arbeitsprozessen, regulatorischen Berichten und Prozessdokumentationen
  • Durchführung von Analysen, Statistiken und Reports; Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten und strategischen Umsatzinitiativen; allgemeine Administration

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung; relevante Berufserfahrung im Finanzsektor
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung sowie professionelles, überzeugendes Auftreten und klare Kommunikation
  • Hohe Genauigkeit, Eigenverantwortung und strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise; souverän im Management komplexer administrativer Aufgaben
  • Starke Organisationsfähigkeit in einem dynamischen Umfeld Prioritäten zu setzen und den Überblick zu behalten
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Spanisch von Vorteil); sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, SAP-Erfahrung ist ein grosses Plus
