Pour un remplacement de congé maternité d'une durée de 7 mois, nous sommes à la recherche d'un-e

 

                        Gestionnaire RH à 100%

Votre mission :

Assurer la gestion administrative du cycle de vie du collaborateur et participer activement aux processus de recrutement pour les différentes sociétés du Groupe JPF

Ce qui vous attend :

  • Etablir les documents aux entrées et aux sorties des collaborateurs
  • Assurer la tenue et la mise à jour des dossiers du personnel dans notre système GED MFiles
  • Rédiger divers courriers et documents RH
  • Participer activement aux processus de recrutement du personnel d'exploitation et administratif (publication d'annonces, tri des candidatures, organisation et conduite des entretiens)
  • Mettre en place des actions de sourcing afin d'identifier des profils clés
  • Etablir des listes, statistiques et contribuer à l'élaboration de tableaux de bord RH

Ce que vous apportez :

  • Certificat HRSE de gestionnaire RH
  • Expérience confirmée dans un poste similaire, idéalement au sein d'une grande entreprise et/ou dans le secteur de la construction
  • Excellente organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs thématiques en parallèle
  • Autonomie, rigueur et proactivité dans le travail
  • Aisance relationnelle et esprit d'équipe
  • Capacité à s'adapter à des environnements variés et à gérer des priorités évolutives
  • Connaissance et expérience de SAP SuccessFactors
  • Très bonnes connaissances de MS Office 365 et de M-Files
  • Maitriser parfaitement le français (oral et écrit)
