**Spannende Aufgaben warten:**

* Beurteilung von Fragestellungen im Auftrag der Bezirksgerichtspräsidentin bzw. des Bezirksgerichtspräsidenten oder der Fachrichterin bzw. des Fachrichters des Familiengerichts * Entscheidungsfindung als Mitglied des Familiengerichts bei Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzmassnahmen * Durchführung von Anhörungen und Gewährung des rechtlichen Gehörs

¤ Die Einsätze der nebenamtlichen Fachrichterinnen und Fachrichter erfolgen nach Bedarf und nach Vereinbarung, wobei beim konkreten Einsatz die beruflichen Hauptverpflichtungen der nebenamtlichen Fachrichterinnen und Fachrichter berücksichtigt werden. Der Einsatz erfolgt schwerpunktmässig in den erwähnten Bezirken. Zudem kann ein Einsatz in anderen Bezirken notwendig werden. Die Entschädigung erfolgt nach dem Dekret über die Entschädigung für nebenamtliche Richterinnen und Richter.

**Was Sie mitbringen:**

* Tertiärer Abschluss (Universität, FH oder HFS) in Sozialer Arbeit, Psychologie oder Pädagogik * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutz * Weiterbildung im neuen Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutzrecht * Zeitliche Flexibilität und Unabhängigkeit (insbesondere keine Tätigkeit als Berufs-Beiständin oder Beistand im Kanton Aargau)
