Als Empfangsmitarbeiter (m/f/x)

in unserer Boutique sind Sie das erste Gesicht, das unsere Kunden sehen. Sie teilen unsere Leidenschaft für Kaffee und schaffen durch Ihre freundliche Art ein einzigartiges Erlebnis ab der ersten Sekunde. Sie begleiten unsere Kunden in der Boutique, sorgen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf und tragen aktiv zur Markenexperience bei.

Ein Tag im Leben als Empfangsmitarbeiter·in (ausschließlich Samstags)

  • Sie sind zuständig für den herzlichen Empfang unserer Kundinnen und Kunden in der Boutique.
  • Sie koordinieren den Kundenfluss, weisen die Kundinnen und Kunden den jeweiligen Wartebereichen zu und sorgen für eine angenehme Atmosphäre während der Wartezeit.
  • Ihr Fokus liegt auf der Begrüßung und Orientierung - die beratende Verkaufsaktivität tritt in dieser Rolle in den Hintergrund.
  • Sie stehen den Kunden bei ersten Fragen freundlich zur Seite und stellen sicher, dass sich alle Gäste willkommen fühlen.

* Sie sorgen für Ordnung, Sauberkeit und ein angenehmes Ambiente in der Boutique und führen einfache Pflegearbeiten an den Maschinen durch.

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich

  • Sie sind jeden Samstag fix von 11.00 bis 17.00 Uhr für uns im Einsatz.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse und Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus.
  • Sie bringen idealerweise erste Erfahrung im Empfang, Service oder Kundenkontakt mit.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch ein gepflegtes Auftreten, eine serviceorientierte sowie zuverlässige Arbeitsweise aus.
  • Sie haben Freude am direkten Austausch mit Menschen und bewahren auch bei hohem Kundenaufkommen stets den Überblick und ein Lächeln.
