In der Boutique beraten Sie Kundinnen und Kunden kompetent, begeistern sie für unsere Kaffeemaschinen und das vielfältige Kaffeeangebot und tragen aktiv zur Markenexperience bei. Sie sind ein sichtbarer Teil der Nespresso Kaffee-Community und inspirieren Menschen dazu, bewusster darüber nachzudenken, was in ihrer Tasse steckt und wie Kaffee ihren Alltag bereichert.

Ein Tag im Leben als Verkaufsmitarbeiter·in

  • Sie beraten, präsentieren und verkaufen Produkte aus dem Nespresso Sortiment (Maschinen, Kaffee und Zubehör) in der Boutique.
  • Sie gehen freundlich, kompetent und flexibel auf unterschiedliche Kundenbedürfnisse ein.
  • Sie laden Kundinnen und Kunden zu Kaffeeverkostungen ein und schaffen genussvolle Momente, die in Erinnerung bleiben.
  • Sie verwalten Kaffeebestellungen und stellen sicher, dass Produkte, Zubehör und Informationsmaterial jederzeit verfügbar sind.
  • Sie übernehmen administrative Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit dem Verkaufsprozess.
  • Sie sorgen für Ordnung, Sauberkeit und ein angenehmes Ambiente in der Boutique und führen einfache Pflegearbeiten an den Maschinen durch.

Ihr Verantwortungsbereich

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind willkommen.
  • Eine Verfügbarkeit von Montag bis Samstag.
  • Erfahrung im Einzelhandel, Verkauf oder Kundenkontakt - idealerweise im FMCG-Umfeld (keine zwingende Voraussetzung).
  • Freude am direkten Austausch mit Kundinnen und Kunden sowie Interesse an Premium-Produkten.
  • Eine serviceorientierte, zuverlässige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Offenheit für Lernen, Weiterentwicklung und den Austausch im Team.
