Network \& Cloud Security Engineer 100% (m/w) -------------------------------------------------

In dieser zentralen verantwortest du die technische Sicherheit unserer Microsoft\-Umgebung sowie unserer Fortinet\-Netzwerkinfrastruktur: von Hardening und Prävention bis zu Monitoring und Incident Response.

Was du bei uns bewegen kannst

  • Manage eigenständig spannende Network \& Cloud Security Projekte in den Bereichen Azure, Microsoft 365, Fortinet Firewalls und Netzwerkinfrastruktur, dies von Konzeption über Umsetzung bis Übergabe in den Betrieb.
  • Betreue und entwickle die Microsoft\-Cloud\-Umgebung weiter (Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365\) und implementiere neue Security\-Features, Policies und Baselines.
  • Übernehme die Verantwortung für unsere Cloud\-Sicherheit: Identity \& Access Management (MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC), Hardening sowie Schutz von Cloud\-Ressourcen und Daten.
  • Betreue und entwickle die Fortinet Firewall und Netzwerkinfrastruktur an unseren 40\+ Standorten weiter.
  • Plane und implementiere Security\-Controls für Azure\- und M365\-Services und stelle pragmatische, sichere Lösungen für unterschiedliche Geschäftsanforderungen bereit.
  • Baue Security Monitoring und Detection Use Cases aus und unterstütze bei Incident Response, Vulnerability Management und Remediation.
  • Bringe deine Ideen und Optimierungsvorschläge ein, wie z.B. Zero Trust, Least Privilege und Automatisierung (Infrastructure/Policy as Code).

Was du für deine Aufgabe mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossene IT\-Ausbildung (z.B. Systemtechnik), Informatikstudium HF/FH oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Security Projekten in den Bereichen Netzwerk und Cloud
  • Praxis in Security Best\-Practices, Hardening und Baselines (z.B. CIS Benchmarks, NIST CSF), Policy\-Management und Secure Configuration
  • Know\-how im Handling von Security Incidents, Threat Hunting, Security Monitoring und Automatisierung (PowerShell, Azure Policy, IaC mit Bicep/Ansible)
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Incident, Problem \& Change Management
  • Idealerweise Zertifizierungen in Azure und Microsoft 365, Cisco, ITIL
  • Eigenverantwortliche und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung und adressatengerechte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie gute Sozialkompetenz
  • Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung und Anpassung an neue Technologien
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und hohe Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse
