Deine Aufgaben

Als Gym Manager trägst du die Gesamtverantwortung für deinen Club und bist gleichzeitig Führungskraft, Gastgeber:in und treibende hinter der Performance deines Standorts.

* Du führst, motivierst und entwickelst dein Team und schaffst eine positive und leistungsorientierte Clubkultur.

* Du sorgst dafür, dass sich unsere Mitglieder in deinem Club willkommen fühlen und ein hervorragendes Trainingserlebnis haben.

* Du stellst einen reibungslosen Clubbetrieb sowie hohe Standards bei Sauberkeit, Sicherheit und Qualität sicher.

* Du planst den Personaleinsatz und stellst eine optimale Schichtbesetzung sicher.

* Du unterstützt bei der Rekrutierung neuer Mitarbeitender und verantwortest deren Onboarding und Weiterentwicklung.

* Du behältst die wichtigsten Kennzahlen deines Clubs im Blick und entwickelst Massnahmen, um Mitgliederzufriedenheit, und Clubperformance kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

* Du arbeitest aktiv auf der Fläche mit und bist für dein Team und unsere Mitglieder präsent und bist zuständig für Promoaktivitäten, sowohl intern als auch extern

* Du bist zuständig für die Planung und Erstellung von Social Media Inhalten

* Je nach Qualifikation unterstützt du bei Group\-Fitness\-Angeboten und der Weiterentwicklung unseres Kursplans.

Das bringst du mit

* Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Sport\- und Fitnessbereich.

* Deine Qualifikation ist durch Qualitop Schweiz anerkannt.

* Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Fitness\-, Sport\- oder Dienstleistungsbereich gesammelt.

* Idealerweise bringst du erste Führungserfahrung mit oder möchtest den nächsten Schritt in eine Führungsposition machen.

* Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch (mindestens B2\); Englisch und weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus.

* Du hast ein gutes Zahlenverständnis und arbeitest gerne mit Kennzahlen.

* Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und eine hohe Affinität zu Fitness, Gesundheit und Verkauf.
