Die Lorch AG ist Teil der Lorch\-Gruppe, welche an mehr als 30 Standorten in Europa über 550 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt. Wir suchen eine gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit hoher Kfz\-Affinität oder fundierter Branchenerfahrung im Automotive\-/Teilegroßhandel, die sich in der Welt der Garagen und Ersatzteile zu Hause fühlt. Niederlassungsleiter (m/w/d) Standort: Luzern und Regensdorf Als Niederlassungsleiter (m/w/d) führen und entwickeln Sie unsere Niederlassung in Luzern und Regensdorf im Einklang mit unserer Unternehmensstrategie. Sie übernehmen die fachliche sowie personelle Führung und tragen die volle Verantwortung für die Wirtschaftlichkeit sowie den nachhaltigen Erfolg am Standort Zentralschweiz. Ihr Aufgabengebiet Fachliche und personelle Leitung des Niederlassungsteams. Aktive Unterstützung bei der telefonischen Auftragsannahme für Kfz\-Ersatzteile. Koordination des Verkaufsinnendienstes sowie der Lagerabwicklung, inklusive einer effizienten Einsatzplanung der Mitarbeitenden. Aktive Pflege der Kundenkontakte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außendienst\-Vertriebsteam der Region. Überwachung der Lagerhaltung am Standort in Abstimmung mit der zentralen Logistikabteilung. Teilnahme an regelmässigen Leitungsbesprechungen und internen Weiterbildungen innerhalb der Gruppe. Ihr Profil Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundbildung oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung (z.B. Automobil\-Fachmann/\-) mit relevanter kaufmännischer Weiterentwicklung. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem (Groß\-)Handelsunternehmen in ähnlicher Führungsposition, idealerweise mit Fokus auf die Kfz\- oder Nfz\-Branche. Vertriebsaffine und rhetorisch versierte Führungspersönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Teamgeist. Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS\-Office\-Applikationen sowie Routine in der Anwendung von Teilesuchprogrammen (E\-Kat etc.).
