HOLINGER Schweiz beschäftigt rund 490 Mitarbeitende an rund 20 Standorten. In multidisziplinären Teams bringen wir unsere Expertise in regionale und internationale Projekte ein. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in suchen wir dich als NIEDERLASSUNGSLEITER:IN (w/m/d) per Sofort oder nach Vereinbarung Das kannst du bewirken Leitung der Niederlassung Olten und Verantwortung für den Standort sowie die dort beschäftigten Mitarbeitenden Verantwortung für die Mitarbeiterführung und \-entwicklung sowie die Koordination der Projekt\- und Auslastungsplanung Pflege und Ausbau strategischer sowie langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen im Raum Olten und Umgebung Leitung und Koordination anspruchsvoller Studien und Bauprojekte sowie Übernahme der Projektleitung und/oder Qualitätssicherung Sicherstellung des finanziellen Erfolgs der Niederlassung Aktive und engagierte Weiterentwicklung der Niederlassung Olten in personeller und fachlicher Hinsicht Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Regionalleitung und Nutzung deren Unterstützung Deine Kompetenzen sind Abgeschlossene Ausbildung an einer ETH oder FH in der Fachrichtung Ingenieurbau oder Umweltingenieurwesen sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im Gemeindeingenieurwesen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Wasser, Abwasser und/oder Tiefbau Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung sowie Erfahrung in der Akquisition und im Umgang mit Bauherren und Behörden Idealerweise Führungserfahrung und Interesse an der aktiven Weiterentwicklung der Niederlassung Olten Du bist bereit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, verfügst über eine hohe Eigeninitiative und möchtest dich fachlich und persönlich kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln Du überzeugst durch ein professionelles Auftreten, eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und unternehmerisches Denken Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und zeichnest dich durch ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Sozialkompetenz aus Das bieten wir dir Herausfordernde und innovative Projekte Unterstützung der persönlichen Entwicklung innerhalb des Unternehmens Flexible Arbeitszeitmodelle Gelebte Unternehmenskultur mit wertschätzendem und kollegialem Miteinander Zentraler Standort Gute und abwechslungsreiche Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten Bist du interessiert?
