Das 1967 gegründete Unternehmen ist schweizweit tätig und spezialisiert auf Kernbohrungen, Beton\- und Belagsschneiden, Betonpressen und \-beissen, Betonrückbau, Seilsägen, Tunnelfräsen sowie den Einsatz von Abbruchrobotern. Als Dein nächstes Karriereziel bieten wir Dir eine spannende Tätigkeit in der Funktion als

Niederlassungsleiter kontrollierter Betonrückbau (m/w/d) -------------------------------------------------------------

Deine Verantwortung mit Blick auf die unternehmerischen Ziele:

  • Führung der Niederlassung: Operative und wirtschaftliche Verantwortung für den Standort sowie Führung, Einsatzplanung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden und Lernenden
  • Kunden \& Markt: Betreuung bestehender Kunden, Akquisition von Neukunden sowie Bearbeitung von Ausschreibungen, Offerten und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Projektsteuerung: Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von Betonrückbau\-, Bohr\- und Schneideprojekten von der Kalkulation bis zur Abrechnung
  • Technik \& Ausführung: Beurteilung anspruchsvoller Bauvorhaben, Wahl geeigneter Rückbauverfahren und Unterstützung bei technischen Fragestellungen
  • Finanzen \& Controlling: Verantwortung für Budget, Umsatz und Rentabilität sowie laufende Überwachung von Kosten, Auslastung und Projektresultaten
  • Sicherheit \& Qualität: Sicherstellung der Arbeitssicherheit, Ausführungsqualität und Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen und betrieblichen Vorgaben

Deine Skills, um uns sowie unsere Kunden und Mitarbeitenden voranzubringen:

  • Technische oder handwerkliche Grundausbildung im Baugewerbe
  • Weiterbildung als Bauführer, Bauleiter, Polier, Techniker HF, Baumeister oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufs\- und Führungserfahrung im Betonrückbau, Betonbohren/\-schneiden oder verwandten Bereich
  • Erfahrung in Kalkulation, Auftragsabwicklung, Baustellenführung und Projektsteuerung
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie unternehmerisches und lösungsorientiertes Denken
  • Führungskompetenz, Entscheidungsstärke und kundenorientiertes Auftreten
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitäts\-, Kosten\- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein
  • Belastbare, zuverlässige und flexible Persönlichkeit
  • Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office und branchenüblicher Kalkulations\- und Bausoftware
  • Führerausweis Kat. B
