Ihre Aufgaben ​Sie leiten unsere Raab Karcher Niederlassung in Waldshut\-Tiengen Das Erreichen der strategischen und operativen Ziele, wie der Attraktivität, der Kosteneffizienz und der Wirtschaftlichkeit des gesamten Standortes Mit Ihren strategischen und operativen Führungskompetenzen formen, entwickeln und motivieren Sie unsere eingespielten Teams Die Pflege und das Management der Kundenbeziehungen und \-prozesse nach zentralen Vorgaben der Sparten und in Abstimmung mit den Vertriebsleitern Die Sicherstellung einer zielführenden und wirtschaftlichen Ablauforganisation unter Einhaltung der zentralen Vorgaben Sie führen Preisverhandlungen mit Lieferanten als fairer Partner Mit Kreativität und Engagement übernehmen Sie Marketingmaßnahmen wie z.B.
