Aufgaben

  • Mit Deiner ausgesprochenen Herzlichkeit, Deiner Empathie und Deiner Leidenschaft wirst Du zum Dorint- Botschafter und sorgst damit für Begeisterung bei unseren Gästen und Mitarbeitenden
  • Als erste und letzte Ansprechperson unserer Gäste während der Nacht bist du mitverantwortlich für einen bleibenden Eindruck – empfange und verabschiede unsere an- und abreisenden Gäste beim Check-In und Check-Out mit erstklassigem Service
  • Du führst Kontrollrundgänge durch und sorgst für die Einhaltung der Sicherheits-standards
  • Du erledigst administrative Aufgaben wie Tagesabschlüsse und Kassenführung
  • Du bist Gastgeber aus Leidenschaft und schaffst besondere Momente und Begegnungen – immer!

Profil

  • Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung am Empfang oder in ähnlicher Position sammeln können
  • Mit EDV und den üblichen MS-Office-Programmen kennst du dich bereits gut aus und bringst erste Erfahrungen in der Anwendung von Opera V5 mit
  • Serviceorientiertes Arbeiten steht bei dir stets im Vordergrund
  • Kommunikation in deutscher und englischer Sprache mit unseren internationalen Gästen gehört zu deinen Stärken
  • Durch deine aufgeschlossene, freundliche Art fällt es dir leicht, dich in ein bestehendes Team einzufinden
  • Du besitzt ein hohes Mass an Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und Dienstleistungsbewusstsein
  • Persönliches Engagement, Teamgeist und ein besonderes Organisationstalent zeichnen dich aus
  • Ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild ist für dich selbstverständlich
  • Gegenüber unseren Gästen und deinen Kollegen verhältst du dich stets vorbildlich und zuvorkommend
