Notariatssekretär/in, unbefristet 80 \\- 100% \\In den Zürcher Notariaten setzen sich rund 650 Mitarbeitende für die Anliegen der Kundinnen und Kunden ein und legen grossen Wert auf Qualität, Diskretion und Kundenorientierung. Alle 44 Notariate im Kanton Zürich sind auch Grundbuch\\- und Konkursämter und gehören organisatorisch zur Zürcher Rechtspflege.\\ Sie erwartet ein moderner Arbeitsplatz in einem dynamischen Team mit viel Drive -- an attraktiver Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Winterthurer Bahnhof und zur Altstadt. Gesucht wird für unser Grundbuch\\-Team per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung ein/eine Ihr Aufgabengebiet Sie werden in Zusammenarbeit mit einem Notariatsassistenten interessante und vielseitige Fälle in unserem Stadtquartier (Altstadt) bearbeiten. Das Erstellen und die Überprüfung von Verträgen im Bereich des Sachenrechts (wie Kauf\\-, Dienstbarkeits\\- und Pfandverträgen) gehört ebenso zu Ihrem Arbeitsalltag wie die Beratung der Kundinnen und Kunden. Die Mithilfe bei der Telefon \\-und Schalterbedienung sowie weitere Aufgaben im Notariats\\-, Grundbuch\\- und Konkursbereich ergänzen Ihr abwechslungsreiches Aufgabenprofil.
