L’Unité de promotion de la santé et de prévention en milieu scolaire (UPSPS) participe à l’élaboration des programmes de santé scolaire pour les enfants et les jeunes de 4 à 20 ans et en assure l’exécution sur mandat de l’Etat. Les activités de l’UPSPS ont pour but de maintenir et d’accroître, sur le plan individuel et collectif, la santé physique, mentale et sociale des enfants et des jeunes scolarisés. Mises en œuvre en collaboration avec les familles, les professionnels de l’école, les services et organismes partenaires, les activités de l’UPSPS contribuent au développement harmonieux des enfants et des jeunes, ainsi qu’à leur bien\-être et à leur intégration dans l’école. Elles contribuent à la création d’un climat scolaire favorable aux apprentissages.

La filière infirmière scolaire joue un rôle essentiel en apportant conseil, expertise et soins dans les domaines liés à la santé physique, mentale et sociale des enfants et des adolescents et en menant des activités de prévention et de promotion en santé communautaire.

Nous recherchons : Un\-e infirmier\-e scolaire à 88% pour le gymnase du Bugnon --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Responsabilités :

  • Offrir conseil, expertise, accompagnement et soins pour assurer le bien\-être physique, mental et social des adolescents et des jeunes
  • Proposer des interventions favorisant l’inclusion et la protection des adolescents et des jeunes en tenant compte de la diversité et de la multiculturalité
  • Développer des activités de promotion et de prévention en santé communautaire

Profil :

  • Bachelor en soins infirmiers ou titre jugé équivalent (pour les diplômes étrangers, la reconnaissance Croix\-Rouge est impérative)
  • DAS en santé communautaire achevé ou à débuter dans un délai de 2 ans
  • Minimum 3 années d’expérience professionnelle, dont une expérience en milieu extrahospitalier et idéalement avec une population d’adolescents et/ou de jeunes
  • Excellents compétences relationnelles et de collaboration interdisciplinaire avec différents publics
  • Sens des responsabilités, autonomie, proactivité, capacité d’adaptation
  • Bonne organisation personnelle, capacité de gestion des priorités et du stress
  • Aisance dans l’utilisation des outils informatiques et la rédaction en français.
