Akut- und Notfallpsychiatrie mit echtem Gestaltungsspielraum, in einer Klinik, die Recovery nicht nur beschreibt, sondern lebt. Im Raum St. Gallen suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Oberärztin mit besonderer Funktion oder einen Oberarzt mit besonderer Funktion für die psychiatrische Akut- und Notfallstation im Pensum von 50 – 100 %. In einer recovery-orientierten Klinik mit rund 1'400 Mitarbeitenden und universitärer Anbindung erwartet Sie ein interdisziplinäres Team und ein anspruchsvolles Akutsetting.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe

  • Sie übernehmen kaderärztliche Verantwortung auf der psychiatrischen Akut- und Notfallstation
  • Sie stellen die psychiatrisch-psychotherapeutische Behandlung von Patientinnen und Patienten mit einem breiten Spektrum psychischer Erkrankungen im stationären Akutsetting sicher
  • Sie führen und begleiten Assistenzärztinnen und Assistenzärzte durch Supervision und strukturierte Weiterbildung
  • Sie arbeiten eng interdisziplinär mit Pflege, Psychologie und weiteren Fachpersonen zusammen
  • Sie beteiligen sich am kaderärztlichen Hintergrunddienst und entwickeln die Station konzeptionell mit

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Facharzttitel für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie
  • Erfahrung in der Akut- und Notfallpsychiatrie von Vorteil
  • Freude an Führungs- und Weiterbildungsverantwortung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, mindestens Niveau C1
