Alterspsychiatrie mit Perspektive: stationäre Verantwortung, ambulante Leitungsoption und der Aufbau eines Schwerpunkts mit Memory Clinic. Im Raum St. Gallen suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Oberärztin mit besonderer Funktion oder einen Oberarzt mit besonderer Funktion für die Alters- und Neuropsychiatrie im Pensum von 50 – 100 %. In einer Klinik mit mehreren Standorten erwartet Sie ein interdisziplinäres Team mit Gestaltungsspielraum zwischen stationärer und ambulanter Versorgung.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe

  • Ihr Fokus liegt auf der stationären Versorgung, dabei übernehmen Sie die fachliche Leitung des interdisziplinären Teams in partnerschaftlicher Doppelführung mit der pflegerischen Stationsleitung
  • Sie leiten den Schwerpunkt Alters- und Neuropsychiatrie mit ambulantem Bereich, Tagesklinik und Memory Clinic
  • Sie führen selbstständig und fallführend Behandlungen ambulanter Patientinnen und Patienten im Einzel-, Gruppen- und Familiensetting inklusive Dokumentation, Korrespondenz und Leistungserfassung durch
  • Sie stellen die therapeutische und medizinische Versorgung gemeinsam mit Assistenzärztinnen und Assistenzärzten sowie Psychologinnen und Psychologen sicher
  • Sie fördern die Vernetzung mit umliegenden Alters- und Pflegeheimen und übernehmen Visiten sowie konsiliarische und supervisorische Anfragen
  • Sie nehmen am klinikweiten Hintergrunddienst teil, mit der Option, wahlweise an verschiedenen Orten oder ausschliesslich an einem Ort tätig zu sein

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Facharzttitel für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie oder kurz vor Abschluss dieser Weiterbildung, mit Interesse am Schwerpunkt Alterspsychiatrie, dessen Erwerb gerne unterstützt wird
  • Erfahrung in der Behandlung psychiatrischer Patientinnen und Patienten oder in der Geriatrie oder Neurologie
  • Berufsausübungsbewilligung des Kantons St. Gallen oder die Voraussetzungen, diese vor Stellenantritt zu erlangen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, mindestens Niveau C1
