Für unsere spezialisierte Abteilung für Alterspsychiatrie suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine\*n Oberärztin / Oberarzt (80–100%). In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position haben Sie die Möglichkeit, die psychiatrische Versorgung älterer Menschen aktiv mitzugestalten, innovative Behandlungskonzepte weiterzuentwickeln und ein multiprofessionelles Team zu führen. Ihre Aufgaben Oberärztliche Leitung einer alterspsychiatrischen Bettenstation mit dem Schwerpunkt Demenz/Delir Erkrankungen und verwandte neuropsychiatrische Störungen Enge interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit dem Zentrum für Altersmedizin Weiterbildung und Supervision von Assistenzärzten und Psychologen Engagement in der Weiterbildung intern und extern Beteiligung an den Konsiliar\- und Liaisondiensten innerhalb des Spitals Zusammenarbeit und Vernetzung mit Zuweisern und Institutionen Ihr Profil Abgeschlossene oder weit fortgeschrittene Weiterbildung zum Facharzt für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie Schwerpunkt Alterspsychiatrie und \-psychotherapie von Vorteil Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (ab Niveau C1\) Selbstständige, engagierte, flexible und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Humor Freude an interprofessioneller und interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit sowie an der Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung des Behandlungs\- und Therapieangebotes Engagierte Zusammenarbeit im psychiatrisch\-psychotherapeutischen Team mit der Offenheit gegenüber verschiedenen Therapierichtungen Evidenzbasierte Arbeitsweise Wir bieten Mitarbeit in einem gut eingespielten, unterstützenden, offenen und kreativen Team Raum für eigenverantwortliches, eigeninitiatives Arbeiten, mit Optionen zur Mitgestaltung Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten in Form von Supervision, Intervision und spitalinternen und externen Weiterbildungen Wir verfügen über die FMH\- Weiterbildungskategorie B in Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie (ambulant und stationär) Attraktive Anstellungsbedingungen mit guten Versicherungsleistungen Unsere Kultur – Ihre Benefits «Bi öis kännt mer sich no»: Bei uns ist es familiär und persönlich.
