Stationäre Psychiatrie bedeutet für Sie: Verantwortung übernehmen, wo Menschen sie am nötigsten brauchen. In Wil im Kanton St. Gallen suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine Oberärztin oder einen Oberarzt Erwachsenenpsychiatrie im Pensum von 60 – 100 %, die oder der die fachliche Leitung eines interdisziplinären Teams in partnerschaftlicher Doppelführung übernimmt.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe

  • Sie liegen fokussiert auf der stationären Versorgung und übernehmen die fachliche Leitung des interdisziplinären Teams in partnerschaftlicher Doppelführung mit der pflegerischen Stationsleitung
  • Sie stellen die therapeutische und medizinische Versorgung gemeinsam mit Assistenzärztinnen sowie Psychologinnen sicher
  • Sie begleiten und fördern die Ihnen zugeteilten Assistenzärztinnen und Assistenzpsychologinnen durch strukturierte Weiterbildung und regelmässige Supervision
  • Sie entwickeln gemeinsam mit dem Oberärzte-Team und der Pflegeleitung Konzepte und die Ausrichtung der Station stetig weiter

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Facharzttitel für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie oder kurz vor Abschluss dieser Weiterbildung
  • Gültige Berufsausübungsbewilligung (BAB) des Kantons St. Gallen oder Bereitschaft, diese vor Stellenantritt zu erwerben
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau für die professionelle Kommunikation mit Patientinnen, Kolleginnen und externen Partner*innen
