Ihr Wirkungsfeld ###

  • Sie übernehmen die fachliche und organisatorische Leitung unseres anerkannten Schlafzentrums und gestalten dessen Weiterentwicklung aktiv mit. Dabei diagnostizieren und behandeln Sie das gesamte Spektrum schlafmedizinischer Erkrankungen in der ambulanten Sprechstunde sowie im Schlaflabor und tragen dazu bei, unser Angebot sowie die Kapazitäten kontinuierlich auszubauen
  • Sie verantworten die Durchführung, Supervision und Befundung sämtlicher schlafmedizinischer Untersuchungen. Mit Ihren Ideen gestalten Sie innovative Versorgungskonzepte mit und entwickeln neue schlafmedizinische Angebote für unsere Patientinnen und Patienten weiter
  • Sie betreuen Patientinnen und Patienten mit invasiver und nicht-invasiver Beatmung, führen unser interprofessionelles Schlaflaborteam und entwickeln dieses kontinuierlich weiter. Zudem engagieren Sie sich in der Aus-, Weiter- und Fortbildung unseres pneumologischen Teams
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit verschiedenen Fachdisziplinen sowie unseren Partnerspitälern - insbesondere dem Schweizer Paraplegiker-Zentrum Nottwil - zusammen. Bei pneumologischem Hintergrund ist zudem eine Mitarbeit im gesamten pneumologischen Spektrum möglich, sowie die Mitarbeit im Pikettdienst erwünscht.

Ihre Erfahrung ###

  • Sie verfügen über einen Facharzttitel in Pneumologie oder Neurologie mit ausgewiesener Erfahrung in der Schlafmedizin. Den Fähigkeitsausweis Schlafmedizin (SGSSC) bringen Sie zwingend mit
  • Sie bringen Führungskompetenz oder die Motivation mit, Verantwortung für ein interprofessionelles Team zu übernehmen. Zudem haben Sie Freude daran, Strukturen und Prozesse aktiv weiterzuentwickeln und Innovationen in der Schlafmedizin mitzugestalten
  • Sie schätzen die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit und engagieren sich mit Freude in der Aus-, Weiter- und Fortbildung von Ärztinnen, Ärzten sowie weiteren Berufsgruppen. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift setzen wir voraus; Englischkenntnisse und weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Sie überzeugen durch Ihre hohe Sozialkompetenz, handeln eigenverantwortlich und behalten auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick. Mit Ihrem Organisationsgeschick und Ihrem Verantwortungsbewusstsein gestalten Sie den Arbeitsalltag aktiv mit
