  • Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochstehenden, evidenzbasierten geriatrischen Versorgung auf der akutgeriatrischen Station inklusive OA-Visiten, interprofessioneller Fallbesprechungen und Angehörigengesprächen sowie Beteiligung am Dienstsystem der allgemeinen Inneren Medizin
  • Engagement in der Aus- und Weiterbildung von Assistenzärztinnen und -ärzten sowie Pflegefachpersonen und Mitwirkung an geriatrischen und orthogeriatrischen Fortbildungen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Altersunfallzentrum als interdisziplinäres Leuchtturmprojekt der orthogeriatrischen Versorgung, inklusive unfallchirurgischer Visiten, konsiliarischer Mitbetreuung, AUZ-Rapport und geriatrischer Sprechstunde
  • Mitgestaltung der Weiterentwicklung der Akutgeriatrie, mit perspektivischer Beteiligung am internistischen Visitendienst sowie der Möglichkeit zur klinischen Forschung und akademischen Entwicklung

Ihre Erfahrung ###

  • Facharzttitel Allgemeine Innere Medizin (FMH oder äquivalent) mit Schwerpunkttitel Geriatrie (anerkannter Abschluss oder in Weiterbildung, kurz vor Abschluss)
  • Ausgewiesene klinische Expertise in der Akutgeriatrie mit solider Verankerung in der Inneren Medizin
  • Erfahrung in der orthogeriatrischen Versorgung von Vorteil
  • Verständnis für integrierte, interdisziplinäre Versorgungsmodelle
