Unser interdisziplinär organisiertes Notfallzentrum an der Hirslanden Klinik St. Anna bietet ein breites klinisches Spektrum und eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in der Akutmedizin. Gemeinsam sorgen wir dafür, dass sich unsere Patientinnen und Patienten auch in herausfordernden Situationen medizinisch wie menschlich gut aufgehoben fühlen.

Zur Ergänzung unseres Fachärzte-Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die Verantwortung übernimmt, gerne im Team arbeitet und Lust hat, ihre Erfahrung und ihre Ideen aktiv einzubringen.

Das erwartet dich

  • Du betreust unsere Notfallpatientinnen und -patienten selbstständig, kompetent und mit einem Blick für das Wesentliche
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den verschiedenen Fachdisziplinen zusammen -- unkompliziert, kollegial und auf Augenhöhe
  • Du begleitest Assistenzärztinnen und -ärzte in ihrer Weiterbildung und gibst dein Wissen gerne weiter
  • Du bringst dich in die Weiterentwicklung unseres Notfallzentrums ein und gestaltest Prozesse, Qualität und medizinische Standards aktiv mit
  • Wenn du besondere Interessen mitbringst -- zum Beispiel Notfallsonografie, Simulation, Triage, Teaching oder Prozessentwicklung -- schaffen wir gerne Raum dafür
  • Du unterstützt unser Leitungsteam bei medizinischen, organisatorischen und strategischen Themen

Das bringst du mit

  • Eine abgeschlossene Facharztausbildung in Allgemeiner Innerer Medizin oder Anästhesiologie
  • Klinische Erfahrung und Freude an der Notfall- und Akutmedizin
  • Sicherheit im klinischen Alltag, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und die Fähigkeit, auch in dynamischen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
  • Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit und an einem offenen, respektvollen Austausch
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationsgeschick und Flexibilität
  • Vor allem aber: eine kollegiale Persönlichkeit, die fachliche Qualität mit Menschlichkeit und Teamgeist verbindet
