Per Dezember 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung Gemeindeintegrierte Akutbehandlung (GiA) - Akutpsychiatrie dort, wo das Leben stattfindet. Die GiA behandelt Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen im Rahmen eines Home-Treatments direkt zu Hause. Das interdisziplinäre Team führt die akutpsychiatrische Behandlung täglich im vertrauten Umfeld der Patientinnen und Patienten durch. Sie übernehmen gerne Verantwortung, möchten Ihre Leadership-Skills gezielt weiterentwickeln und haben Freude daran, einen innovativen Bereich aktiv mitzugestalten und weiterzuentwickeln.

Ihre Aufgaben ##

  • Fachliche, medizinische und personelle Führung eines interdisziplinären Teams, zusammen mit der Co-Leitung Pflege
  • Verantwortung für die Behandlung von akutpsychiatrischen Patientinnen und Patienten in einem interdisziplinären Behandlungsteam im Akuthometreatment
  • Mitgestaltung und Umsetzung von Projekten der fachlichen und institutionellen Weiterentwicklung
  • Monitoring der Abteilungsziele
  • Bei Interesse Durchführen von Gutachten mit diverser Fragestellung
  • Fachliche Führung und Supervision von Assistenzärzten

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Facharztausbildung in Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie
  • Erfahrung in ambulanter und/oder stationärer Psychiatrie
  • Ausgeprägte Leadership-Skills und Freude sich mit der eigenen Führungsrolle auseinander zu setzen
  • Freude an Verantwortung und aktiver Mitgestaltung
