VOS MISSIONS - L'EXCELLENCE AU CENTRE En tant que médecin chef dans notre centre d'urgence interdisciplinaire, vous occupez un poste clé à responsabilités. Vous faites partie d'une équipe dynamique qui prend en charge chaque année plus de 13 000 patient·e·s d'urgence - en ambulatoire comme en hospitalisation.

  • Réalisation autonome d'examens et d'interventions en médecine d'urgence, soutenue par un réseau expérimenté de médecins consultants
  • Participation active aux formations internes ainsi qu'aux initiatives cliniques de qualité
  • Engagement dans la formation : vous soutenez de manière ciblée nos médecins assistants, étudiant·e·s en médecine et infirmier·ère·s praticien·ne·s - de manière pratique, collégiale et sur un pied d'égalité

VOTRE PROFIL - POUR UN POSTE À IMPACT Vous vous distinguez par votre compétence médicale, votre potentiel de leadership et votre enthousiasme pour les soins d'urgence interdisciplinaires.

  • Spécialiste de préférence en médecine interne générale, chirurgie, orthopédie, anesthésie ou cardiologie - d'autres spécialités sont également les bienvenues en cas d'aptitude appropriée
  • Diplôme fédéral de médecin ou diplôme reconnu par MEBEKO
  • Titre de spécialiste (CH ou équivalent)
  • Certificats valides de fournisseur ACLS et/ou ATLS (obligatoires)
  • Qualification complémentaire en médecine d'urgence clinique ou préclinique (SGNOR) ainsi qu'une formation en échographie sont un avantage
  • Excellente capacité à travailler en équipe, pensée orientée solutions et résistance au stress dans des situations exigeantes
  • Aptitudes pédagogiques et plaisir à assumer des responsabilités d'enseignement
  • Très bonnes connaissances en allemand et/ou en français - idéalement compréhension de l'autre langue
