Unser interdisziplinäres Notfallzentrum am Spital Zollikerberg wird ausgebaut und dafür suchen wir eine/einen Oberarzt / Oberärztin Interdisziplinäres Notfallzentrum im Pensum von 50\-100% nach Vereinbarung. Ihre Aufgaben: Sie behandeln unsere Patientinnen und Patienten verantwortungsvoll im gesamten Spektrum der Notfallmedizin Sie fungieren mit Leidenschaft als Supervisor für unsere Assistenzärztinnen und Assistenzärzte und begleiten deren fachliche Weiterentwicklung Sie übernehmen kaderärztliche Aufgaben und Dienste innerhalb des Mehrschichtbetriebs des Interdisziplinären Notfallzentrums und der Klinik für Innere Medizin und arbeiten dabei in einem kollegialen, interdisziplinären Umfeld auf Augenhöhe Sie bringen Ihre Ideen und Ihr Engagement in die Weiterentwicklung des Interdisziplinären Notfallzentrums sowie der Klinik für Innere Medizin ein und wirken aktiv an der Zukunft unserer Gesundheitswelt mit Was Sie mitbringen: Facharzttitel für Innere Medizin / Chirurgie / Anästhesie Interdisziplinärer Schwerpunkt «Klinische Notfallmedizin (SGNOR)» oder vor Abschluss Fähigkeitsausweis POCUS und/oder Abdomensonographie von Vorteil Interesse und Leidenschaft an innovativen Lehrformaten Freude an der interdisziplinären und interprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachbereichen und Motivation, sich in der Weiterentwicklung unserer Klinik zu engagieren Wertschätzender Umgang mit Patientinnen und Patienten sowie Mitarbeitenden aller Berufe der Klinik Unsere und Ihre Werte: Wertschätzung, Partnerschaftlichkeit, Verbindlichkeit, Transparenz und das Ganze sehen Verschaffen Sie sich in unserem 360° Rundgang einen ersten Eindruck zu Ihrem neuen Arbeitsort. Wir stellen uns Ihnen vor: Wir sind das Interdisziplinäre Notfallzentrum am Spital Zollikerberg, das jährlich über 15\`000 Patientinnen und Patienten behandelt und betreut. Das Notfallzentrum verfügt über 10 Behandlungskojen inklusive Schockraum und Gipszimmer, sowie einen Fast Track mit zwei Behandlungsplätzen. Unser Notfallzentrum ist der Klinik für Innere Medizin zugeordnet, einem zentralen und bedeutenden Leistungszentrum des Spitals Zollikerberg. Die Klinik betreut jährlich über 3'300 stationäre Patientinnen und Patienten sowie mehr als 450 Patientinnen und Patienten auf der interdisziplinären Intensivstation. Das Interdisziplinäre Notfallzentrum ist Schnittstelle für alle Fachdisziplinen, die am Spital Zollikerberg vertreten sind, darunter die Klinik für Innere Medizin mit Gastroenterologie, Kardiologie, Pneumologie, Endokrinologie/Diabetologie, Onkologie, Infektiologie, Intensivmedizin, Notfallmedizin, Akutgeriatrie und Palliativmedizin, sowie die allgemeine Chirurgie, Orthopädie mit spezialisierter Wirbelsäulenchirurgie, Radiologie, Gynäkologie und Geburtshilfe mit Neonatologie.
