Für unseren Mandanten, ein etabliertes Unternehmen im Bereich psychiatrischer und psychotherapeutischer Versorgung in der Region St. Gallen, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine erfahrene oberärztliche Fachperson.

Oberarzt / Oberärztin Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie (m/w/d) 60–100%

Aufgaben

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position übernehmen Sie die fachliche Führung einer stationären Einheit in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der pflegerischen Stationsleitung. Gemeinsam stellen Sie die medizinische und therapeutische Versorgung der Patientinnen und Patienten sicher und arbeiten dabei eng mit Assistenzärztinnen, Assistenzärzten sowie Psychologinnen und Psychologen zusammen. Die Begleitung, Förderung und strukturierte Weiterbildung der Ihnen zugeteilten Assistenzärztinnen und Assistenzärzte sowie Assistenzpsychologinnen und Assistenzpsychologen gehört ebenso zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich wie die regelmässige Supervision. Darüber hinaus wirken Sie aktiv an der konzeptionellen Weiterentwicklung der Station mit und bringen Ihre fachliche Expertise in die gemeinsame Arbeit mit dem Oberärzte-Team und der Pflegeleitung ein.

Anforderungen

Sie verfügen über einen Facharzttitel in Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie oder befinden sich kurz vor dessen Abschluss. Eine gültige Berufsausübungsbewilligung des Kantons St. Gallen ist Voraussetzung, alternativ bringen Sie die Bereitschaft mit, diese vor Stellenantritt zu erwerben. Sie schätzen die stationäre Arbeit mit psychisch erkrankten Menschen und pflegen einen wertschätzenden, recovery-orientierten Umgang im interdisziplinären Team. Selbstständiges Arbeiten, Entscheidungsfreude und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, zeichnen Sie ebenso aus wie Ihre Kommunikationsstärke, Ihre Teamorientierung und Ihr Interesse an kontinuierlicher fachlicher Weiterentwicklung. Für eine professionelle Kommunikation mit Patientinnen und Patienten sowie internen und externen Partnern setzen wir Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau voraus.
