Als Oberarzt/-ärztin für Allgemeine Innere Medizin im Spital sind Sie eine zentrale Ansprechperson für Patientinnen und Patienten mit komplexen internistischen Erkrankungen. Sie übernehmen nicht nur die medizinische Versorgung, sondern auch eine leitende Funktion innerhalb eines interdisziplinären Teams.

Unser Personalbüro für medizinische Fachkräfte in Kilchberg vermittelt qualifizierte Ärztinnen und Ärzte an renommierte Spitäler und Kliniken. Für diese Position suchen wir eine engagierte Fachperson mit hoher klinischer Expertise, Führungskompetenz und Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung der inneren Medizin.

Ihre Aufgaben – Fachliche Exzellenz und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit

- Betreuung und Behandlung stationärer Patientinnen und Patienten mit internistischen Erkrankungen

- Durchführung von diagnostischen und therapeutischen Maßnahmen auf höchstem Niveau

- Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Fachspezialistinnen, Fachspezialisten und weiteren Berufsgruppen

- Supervision und Ausbildung von Assistenzärztinnen und Assistenzärzten

- Teilnahme an Visiten, internen Fortbildungen und Fallbesprechungen

- Unterstützung der Weiterentwicklung medizinischer Konzepte und Qualitätsstandards in der Inneren Medizin

Ihr Profil – Fachkompetenz und Führungspersönlichkeit

- Facharzttitel Allgemeine Innere Medizin (FMH oder äquivalent)

- Mehrjährige klinische Erfahrung in der Inneren Medizin, idealerweise mit Erfahrung als Oberarzt/-ärztin

- Freude an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit und der Ausbildung von Assistenzärztinnen und Assistenzärzten

- Entscheidungsfreude und Verantwortungsbewusstsein in der Patientenversorgung

- Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
