Das abwechslungsreiche Aufgabengebiet umfasst folgende Tätigkeiten:

  • Empfang und Telefonservice
  • Einkauf für Büromaterial, Werbematerial und Drucksachen
  • Betreuung der Firmenwebsite
  • IT\-Support für alle Mitarbeitenden sowie Koordination mit externen Dienstleistern
  • Mithilfe bei der Messeorganisation für Geschäftsleitung und
  • Pflege von Prospekten und Dokumentationen in verschiedenen Sprachen
  • Allgemeine Assistenzaufgaben für Geschäftsleitung und

  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT Support, ein sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office
  • Affinität für IT Systeme

  • Organisationstalent, Diskretion und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
