À propos du poste ###

Dans ce rôle, vous apporterez un soutien de haut niveau aux cadres dirigeants et aux Vice-Présidents Seniors, en assurant le bon déroulement des opérations liées aux voyages et à la logistique. Vous ferez partie d-une équipe administrative dédiée, axée sur le soutien aux cadres et l-hospitalité d-entreprise.

Tâches professionnelles ##

Un rôle à double vocation combinant une assistance exécutive de haut niveau avec une coordination complexe des voyages et de la logistique pour des parties prenantes internationales.

  • Gérer des agendas complexes et organiser des réunions pour les cadres de niveau C
  • Coordonner les arrangements de voyages internationaux pour les Vice-Présidents et Vice-Présidents Seniors
  • Organiser les arrivées, départs et hébergements des collaborateurs en visite
  • Élaborer et exécuter des plans d-intégration complets pour les nouveaux managers de haut niveau
  • Fournir un soutien administratif dédié à l-équipe des Vice-Présidents Seniors
  • Agir en tant que gardien du blocage du temps pour optimiser la productivité des cadres
  • Gérer les détails logistiques pour le logement d-entreprise et les déménagements locaux

Nous recherchons ###

  • Maîtrise avancée de l-anglais (niveau C1)
  • Bonne connaissance du français
  • Permis de conduire valide
  • Expérience en coordination de voyages et logistique
