About the role ##

In this role, you will provide high-level support to C-suite executives and Senior VPs, ensuring seamless operations across travel and logistics. You will be part of a dedicated administrative team focusing on executive support and corporate hospitality.

Work tasks ##

A dual-focused role combining high-level executive assistance with complex travel and logistics coordination for international stakeholders.

  • Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings for C-level executives
  • Coordinate international travel arrangements for VPs and Senior VPs
  • Organize arrivals, departures, and housing for visiting collaborators
  • Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding plans for new high-level managers
  • Provide dedicated administrative support to the Senior VP team
  • Act as a time-blocking gatekeeper to optimize executive productivity
  • Handle logistical details for corporate housing and local relocations

We are looking for ##

  • Advanced knowledge of English (C1 level)
  • Good knowledge of French
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Experience in travel coordination and logistics
