Für unser Theaterbüro suchen wir per 1. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte, dynamische und kulturinteressierte Persönlichkeit (zu Beginn im 50%-Pensum, ab 1.9.2027 60% Pensum).

Aufgaben ##

  • Sie sind für die Abwicklung der finanziellen und administrativen Belange des Theaters am Hechtplatz zuständig und sind direkt der Theaterleitung unterstellt.
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Theaterleitung und dem Controlling PRD erstellen Sie die Budgetierung und verantworten das Reporting sowie den Debitorenworkflow.
  • Sie erstellen Verträge sowie Abrechnungen (Gastspiele, Koproduktionen, Kooperationen)
  • In dieser Drehscheibenfunktion sind Sie Anlaufstelle für unsere Künstler\*innen sowie das Theaterteam und erledigen jegliche Art von Administration und Korrespondenz (u.a. Schlüsselmanagement, Archivierung, Protokollierung, Büroordnung- & material) und sind bereit an 4 Tagen pro Woche zu arbeiten
  • Sie arbeiten an 4 Tagen pro Woche (mehrheitlich vor Ort)
  • Sie koordinieren die Verpflegung unserer Künstler\innen und sind 2-4 mal pro Monat am Abend im Theater vor Ort, um diese als Gastgeber\in zu umsorgen.

Profil ##

  • Ausbildung als Kauffrau/Kaufmann und/oder kaufmännische Erfahrung in einem Kulturbetrieb oder der Verwaltung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von digitalen Tools (SAP, MS Office insb. Excel und Teams, Ticketing und Arbeitsplanung)
  • Exzellente Zahlenkompetenz gepaart mit sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen
  • Ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungsverständnis, eine präzise und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ein freundliches und kompetentes Auftreten
  • Teamfähige, zuverlässige und kontaktfreudige Persönlichkeit, die in hektischen Situationen Ruhe und Gelassenheit bewahrt und Freude an Theater hat

Das Theater am Hechtplatz wurde 1959 eröffnet und ist ein Kleinkunsttheater beim Bellevue in Zürich. Es hat 224 Plätze und wird von der Stadt Zürich, Dienstabteilung Kultur, betrieben. Das Bühnenprogramm besteht aus Kabarett, Komödien, Musicals, Chansons und Kindershows. Nebst zahlreichen Gastspielen werden pro Jahr drei grössere Koproduktionen gespielt, zudem beherbergt das Theater die Zürcher Märchenbühne. Die denkmalgeschützten Räumlichkeiten des Theaters werden aktuell bis Frühling 2027 Instand gesetzt. Daher präsentieren wir unser Programm derzeit im Haus Seefeld.
