OP\-Koordinator\*in Veterinärmedizin (w, m, d) Die Tierklinik Aarau West ist eine überregionale Überweisungs\- und Notfallklinik und deckt das ganze Spektrum der modernen Kleintiermedizin ab. Über 180 Mitarbeitende sorgen für eine qualitativ hochstehende Versorgung unserer Patienten – fachbereichsübergreifend und nach unserem Leitbild «mit Kompetenz und Herz». Für unseren OP\-Bereich schaffen wir eine neue Funktion und suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine\*n OP\-Koordinator\*in Veterinärmedizin (w/m/d; 80\-100 %) Es handelt sich um die erste reine OP\-Koordinationsstelle in der Veterinärmedizin in der Schweiz. Die Funktion befindet sich im Aufbau: Du koordinierst nicht nur bestehende Abläufe, sondern entwickelst zusammen mit den Abteilungsleitungen die Strukturen, Prozesse und Standards für unsere OP\-Organisation von Grund auf mit. Deine Aufgaben Gesamtkoordination und punktuelle Steuerung des OP\-Programms Planung und optimierte Einteilung von OP\-Kapazitäten, Personal, Räumen und Zeiten Zentrale organisatorische Ansprechperson an der Schnittstelle von Chirurgie, Anästhesie, OP\-Technik, Station und weiteren Bereichen Frühzeitiges Erkennen von Engpässen sowie Priorisierung elektiver und dringlicher Eingriffe Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Strukturen, Standards und Prozessen (SOPs) für eine verlässliche OP\-Organisation Deine Qualifikationen Ausbildung im humanen oder veterinärmedizinischen Gesundheitswesen, Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der OP\-Koordination Fundierte Erfahrung im chirurgischen oder anästhesiologischen Operationsumfeld Weiterbildung in Prozess\- oder Ablauforganisation sowie Routine in der Moderation von Besprechungen und Briefings von Vorteil Organisationsstark, entscheidungsfreudig, durchsetzungsfähig, Sensibilität im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Interessenvertretern Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Wir bieten Du übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle mit grossem Gestaltungsspielraum.
