Afin de compléter les équipes de notre Manufacture d’Habillage basée à Saignelégier, nous recherchons un/une Opérateur Assemblage boîtes.

Dans le cadre de votre fonction, vous êtes chargé de l’assemblage de nos boîtes de montres et assurerez une remontée d’informations exhaustive et rapide sur les problématiques rencontrées dans une perspective d’amélioration continue.

Responsabilités • Auto-contrôle esthétique des composants et de la boite finie • Montage et assemblage des éléments de boîtes de montres manufacturées • Réalisation des tests d'étanchéité systématiques • Identifier les dérives du processus et remonter les anomalies • Veiller au maintien du niveau de performance attendu en respectant les cadences et les exigences de la production. • Participation aux projets d’entreprise

Profil Au bénéfice d’une expérience confirmée d’un minimum de 3 ans dans l’assemblage de composants d’habillage horloger, vous maîtrisez les opérations de montage de boîtes et la réalisation de tests d’étanchéité. Rigoureux et minutieux, vous accordez une attention particulière à la qualité esthétique et fonctionnelle des pièces.

Proactif et autonome, votre curiosité technique vous permet d’identifier rapidement les dérives de processus, d'être force de proposition et de participer activement à l'amélioration continue de l'atelier. Orienté solutions, vous faites preuve d'un esprit constructif face aux aléas de production tout en respectant les cadences.

Doté d’un excellent relationnel et d’un fort esprit d’équipe, vous appréciez la polyvalence et vous intégrez facilement dans un environnement de fabrication exigeant, en adéquation avec les standards d'une Maison Horlogère.
